Last updated: 9 September 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and ZAKİR BAĞIROV (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding SkillArena at skillarena.bio. Related documents include the Competition Rules, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and Eligibility page.
1. Company identity

2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the site, creating an account or entering a competition, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying account holders. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires affirmative consent.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in your jurisdiction. We may request proof of age. Under-age use is a material breach.
4. Geographic eligibility
Availability and eligibility may vary by jurisdiction. The intended market is United Kingdom. You must not access paid competitions from prohibited locations. See Eligibility & Availability.
5. Registration
You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address and, where requested, date of birth and country of residence. You must not register if you are ineligible. Marketing messages, where offered, require separate consent and are not a condition of creating an account unless required for transactional notices.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access. One person may generally maintain one account unless we expressly allow otherwise. Account sharing to circumvent limits or sanctions is prohibited.
7. Game participation
Games and competitions are skill-oriented entertainment products. Practice modes may be labelled “Free Play – No Purchase Required.” Competitive modes may involve entry fees and prizes as published. You must follow on-screen rules and Fair Play requirements during play.
8. Competition rules
Prize and ranked events are governed by the Competition Rules and any game-specific conditions shown before entry. Those rules cover scoring, winners, ties, verification and integrity measures.
9. Fees
Fees for competition entry or other paid features are displayed before you confirm payment, in GBP. We do not add undisclosed platform surcharges at checkout beyond the published price; your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. See Payments.
10. Prizes
Where prizes are offered, eligibility, value and delivery method are published before entry. Prizes may be withheld pending verification. Tax obligations may be yours where applicable. We do not guarantee that you will win or receive any particular prize.
11. Payments
Payments are processed by configured third-party providers (to be listed on the Payments page when live). You authorise us and those providers to charge the selected method for confirmed entry fees. Failed, charged-back or fraudulent payments may lead to suspension.
12. Withdrawals where applicable
If the platform credits withdrawable balances or prize wallets, withdrawal requests are subject to verification, minimum/maximum limits, and anti-fraud checks. Processing times are estimates. We may refuse withdrawals that appear linked to abuse, multi-accounting or ineligible jurisdictions.
13. Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Entry fees are typically non-refundable after a scored attempt begins, except where law or that policy requires otherwise.
14. Account verification
We may require identity, age, address, payment-method and other checks before payouts or in response to risk signals. Providing false information is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of prizes and permanent exclusion.
15. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Cheat, use bots/automation, collude or exploit bugs unfairly
- Create multiple accounts to evade limits or sanctions
- Harass others or upload unlawful content
- Interfere with platform security or reverse-engineer for abuse
- Misrepresent location, age or identity
- Use the service for money laundering or other financial crime
16. Intellectual property
The site, branding, software, game designs, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial play in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, scrape at scale, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
17. Technical failures
We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outages, scoring anomalies or maintenance may occur. Remedies for competition disruption are described in the Competition Rules and Refund Policy.
18. Dispute process
Contact support@skillarena.bio with full details of any dispute. We will review in good faith. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer dispute rights that cannot be waived by contract.
19. Account suspension
We may suspend access pending investigation of integrity, payment, eligibility or security concerns. During suspension, competitions and withdrawals may be unavailable.
20. Account termination
You may request account closure via support, subject to resolution of open competitions, pending payouts and legal retention duties. We may terminate accounts for material breach, unlawful activity or prolonged inactivity according to our retention practices.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from your device, network or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law of United Kingdom or your place of residence. This clause is a draft pending counsel review.
22. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
